How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive in 5-8 working days.

How much is delivery?

FREE on all UK orders over £25. Orders under £25 are charged at checkout based on size and weight.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we deliver to UK addresses only.

Will I get tracking?

Yes - you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What's your returns policy?

30-day easy returns. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us and we'll sort a return or refund - no fuss.

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund straight away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes - email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
